TERMS OF SALE
As some of our products can sell very quickly online and in-store, we are not always able to keep up with every product that is sold out or returned. Since most of our products are unique pieces and made from rare or vintage fabrics, they are one-offs and we will not have them in stock again. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may have something similar in stock.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After your order has been shipped you will receive a second e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and we will offer you an alternative or refund your money.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We gladly will refund your order within 14 days upon you receiving your purchase. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. No returns is offered on reduced/discounted items.
We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost.
Please keep in mind that many of ZAZI’s products are made from Vintage fabrics and handmade in India and beyond.

Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy
Please make sure to clearly mark your return shipment as 'German returned goods' on any customs or postal forms.
Discounted / Sale
Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only. They can also be returned in exchange for a voucher with the value of the purchase amount. The voucher does not have an expiration date and can always be used on the ZAZI webshop. We do not offer refunds for items bought on sale.
If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by ZAZI. Once we have received the return at the Berlin showroom we will make sure to keep you posted through e-mail and refund your money within 10 working days. This also depends on your card issuer, transaction services of your bank or Paypal. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (€) and are incluive of 19% VAT.
(While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. ZAZI, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.)
ZAZI accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard & American Express
Outside of the EU all customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. We are sorry to state that we have no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs and for this reason charges can be applied. We apologize for any inconveniences in this matter but we have no control over this and are not able to supply any details why or for how long your parcel can be delayed.
